The Grand Room
80 - 300 guests
The Grand Room is our most prestigious suite ideal for large meetings, exhibitions, workshops and banquets. This suite is ideal for events with capacities from 80 up to 300 guests. The suite overlooks the waterfront and its large Georgian windows provide delegates with hours of natural daylight providing an ideal working environment.

The Alexandra Suite
10 - 40 guests
This is the ideal suite for the more intimate meeting or training session it provides facilities to host meetings from 10 to 40 guests. The suite is situated on the first floor adjoining the Grand Room it also provides an excellent service as a breakout suite to the main meeting hall.

The Wearmouth Suite
10 - 40 guests
This attractive suite on the first floor of The Quayside Exchange can accommodate up to 40 guests making it ideal for private business meetings, small conferences or training courses. The suite is ideal for providing an additional breakout space to the Alexandra Suite and Grand Room.

The Vaulted Suite
10 - 100 guests
The Vaulted Suite provides the ideal setting for a private dinner or as additional breakout space to the main meeting rooms. It was originally the archives of the old town hall and has been refurbished keeping its original stone work. This suite adjoins a riverside terrace ideal for summer meetings and before pre-dinner drinks.
